| To order a CD from Mystic Records by Credit Card or
Debit Card, please complete the form on the next page and allow 14 days for
delivery, but we try to deliver within five working days.

Postage costs are as follows:

| UK orders - £1.25 per CD and £2.00 per box set
will be added for postage and

orders - will be charged £2.80 per CD and £3.50 per box set for postage
and packing. |
| USA, Canada, Japan & Asia, South
America and Australia - £3.00 per CD and £4.50 per box
set will be added for postage and packing. |
| Your Credit Card Statement
will show as NPE for the transaction with
the amount in your local currency, but we bill in GB £ Stirling. |
